Indian steel producer ASPL acquires MSL steel

According to foreign media reports, Indian steel producer arjas steel Private Limited (ASPL) said it had signed a contract to acquire 100% shares of modern steel Limited (MSL) Steel Co., Ltd. It is reported that the acquisition will expand the company's annual production capacity of 450000 tons of special steel.

 

It is reported that ASPL, formerly Gerdau steel India Limited, operates a comprehensive steel plant in Andhra, southern India, with an annual capacity of 300000 tons. The main varieties of ASPL are special steel bars for automobiles, energy and defense equipment. MSL is located in northern India, with special steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other production equipment.
