In order to truly achieve the purpose of maintenance, in the early stage of medium maintenance, Baotou Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. repeatedly reviewed and carefully formulated maintenance items, formulated construction network nodes in detail, made technical and safety disclosure to the maintenance party, carefully reviewed the construction scheme and maintenance operation standards prepared by the maintenance party, and made full preparations for the smooth progress of medium maintenance.

At the first meeting of the intermediate maintenance headquarters, the safety team reported the implementation of the safety work on the intermediate maintenance site and the key work in the next step; The construction unit shall report the night shift construction progress and day shift work arrangement; The construction team shall report the progress of intermediate repair and existing problems, and other functional teams shall arrange key work. The intermediate maintenance headquarters puts forward specific and clear requirements for all participating units in terms of safe construction, epidemic prevention and control, obedience to command, standardized operation, quality and node protection, paying attention to TPM work and strictly abiding by the meeting system, so as to ensure the quality and progress of intermediate maintenance work.

There are more than 400 maintenance items in this intermediate repair, including 7 technical transformation projects and 21 key engineering projects. The main key projects include the construction of annular furnace and the replacement of heat exchanger, the localization transformation of the lower motor of piercer, the transformation of mandrel cooling station and 1#2# pipe row saw, etc.
