Hanyongzhen joined hands with the technical team to analyze the data of steel grades prone to material scarring, track the rolling quality of products, technically analyze defective samples, continuously adjust the water volume, specific water volume and tension leveler pressure of crystallizer, improve the use system of crystallizer and the scrapping standard of crystallizer copper tubes, optimize production process parameters, and strictly enforce the on-site process operation discipline, so as to reduce the occurrence of slab surface cracks, Greatly reduce the material scab scrap ratio of large section slab rolling in 460 branch. From May 2021 to now, the problem of material scarring has been significantly improved, and the material scarring rate has been reduced from 1.27% to 0.04%, reaching the best level in history.
