Maintain concentration and improve core competitiveness

460 Branch Factory thoroughly implements the concept of high-quality development, takes the quality goal as the guidance, and adheres to technological breakthrough. When producing variety steel, formulate targeted rolling plans for each process, track the rolling process in the whole process, and deeply analyze and summarize the product quality after rolling. From January to October, the cumulative finished product rate of 460 Branch increased by 0.74 percentage points compared with the average finished product rate in 2021 and 0.25 percentage points compared with the upgrading index this year. The yield of rolled pipeline pipe and coupling material in November reached the best level of the year.

460 Branch continued to tackle the problem of head and tail cutting rate while carefully controlling the product quality. From January to October, the head and tail cutting rate decreased by 0.83% compared with 2021; 11. In December, we continued to tackle the problem of cutting head and tail ratio, reducing the index of cutting head and tail ratio by 0.47%.

Strive to Exceed the Annual Output Goal

460 Branch works together to continue to tackle key problems. According to the work goal of "stability, smoothness and excellence", it takes "improving production operation efficiency and reducing process production costs" as the general policy of production organization, releases the production capacity of the rolling line to the maximum extent, further strengthens production management, and constantly optimizes production organization and production process coordination. At the same time, equipment management is the key point. The heads of each discipline focus on each key link that affects the output, eliminate the adverse factors that restrict the production, implement solutions and time limits in a timely manner, continuously improve the equipment support ability, try to put the bone that is difficult to chew first, and find targeted ways to create a good atmosphere of daily production and monthly production.

For typical series of products, sort out the bottlenecks that affect the production rhythm, formulate and implement corresponding measures to stabilize the equipment operation. Through the joint efforts of all cadres and staff, the output from January to October exceeded the annual output of 2021 by nearly 20000 tons.

Refined management steadily promotes cost reduction and efficiency increase

460 Branch firmly implemented the benchmarking Baowu capability improvement system project, made great progress in cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, and reduced the cost of the whole process by 10% compared with 2021.

In the next step, 460 Branch will continue to tackle key problems in the quality of steel products, reduce the head and tail cutting rate and improve the yield rate; Reduce the consumption of per ton steel by improving the service life of large tools; Transform and optimize the use of fuel and public facilities to reduce process costs; Reduce production costs through repair and recycling.
