At 20:30 local time on October 14, India, 16 days of intensive commissioning were carried out day and night. The 320mm × 250mm square billet of the aarti bar rolling line was heated, descaled, cut, cut and put into the cold bed after continuous rolling, and the Φ 105mm round steel was successfully rolled out, marking the success of the hot load commissioning of the main rolling line of the aarti bar project with complete set of saidI equipment. Subsequently, the trial production was carried out overnight. By 5:00 a.m. on the 15th, the owner rolled 11 Φ 105mm and Φ 110mm round steels according to the requirements of small batch orders, and the dimensional accuracy met the requirements.

The project is an annual output of 200000 tons of alloy steel bar rolling line and supporting 40 tons / hour walking beam heating furnace. It is the first time for CCID to export the walking beam heating furnace, bloom rolling mill and short stress line rolling mill with independent intellectual property rights to India, and it is also the first EP project of CCID in India. The main products are round steel, flat steel, square steel, six angle steel. There are 8 kinds of blank sections and 120 kinds of final product specifications.

At the beginning of the project, many difficulties were encountered. There are many varieties, numerous specifications and technical difficulties. Facing the special market of small batch order form in India, the process plan needs to be considered comprehensively, but it is difficult to be perfect. In the process of design, after many scheme argumentation and discussion, the process layout, equipment selection and continuous optimization have been refined.

In October 2018, at the beginning of equipment installation, CCID arranged engineers to provide on-site service guidance. The project is located in a very remote place, far away from the urban area, with poor on-site facilities, weak technical level of the owner and the construction party, and influenced by language, religion, culture, etc., although both sides have many misunderstandings, concerns, and low communication efficiency, CCID people do not forget to bear in mind. The mission is to carry forward the revolutionary war spirit of "one is not afraid of hardship, two is not afraid of fatigue", carefully interpret the drawings, ensure the installation accuracy, and lay the foundation for the early production of the project.

India has a huge space for infrastructure construction and development, and the long timber market is very broad in the future. The main rolling line of the project has been successfully hot tested, and the core equipment such as heating furnace, billet rolling mill, flying shear and continuous rolling mill have been put into use, laying a foundation for the whole line to be connected, and providing performance support for the company to explore the long material market in India.
