180 operation area project repair was carried out as scheduled. Under the premise of epidemic prevention and control, the automation department reasonably arranged personnel and maintenance projects. At present, a number of maintenance work has been completed.

In this maintenance project, the automation department closely around the three method of electrical equipment maintenance proposed by the equipment engineering department, the methods are environment, fastening and testing, to develop the project maintenance plan. In terms of environment, the high-voltage cables in the high-voltage switch station shall be blocked for fire prevention; all motors and control cabinets on site shall be soot blown, wiped and cleaned to ensure that the electrical components are clean. In terms of fastening, the automation department has tightened the terminals of electromagnetic station, main control room and field control cabinet, and tightened the field valve platform and sensor. In terms of detection, the automation department contacted the outsourcing unit to conduct Cable Partial Discharge Test on 10 groups of high-voltage cables, and detect whether there is damage on the high-voltage cables through precision instruments, so as to achieve early detection and early treatment. In addition, during the project repair, the automation department conducted insulation inspection on all main and auxiliary transmission motors; according to the motor maintenance cycle in the motor account, the continuous rolling 2 × 3 motor, ejector trolley motor and upper cooling bed slewing arm motor were returned to the factory for maintenance, providing solid equipment guarantee for the smooth production after the resumption of production in the 180 operation area.
