Our project starts construction in March 2019, with a planned period of 12 months. At present, the project has come to an end, and now it is a stage of thermal load commissioning. The total investment is 300 million yuan and the annual output is 120000 tons.

The upgrading project of Baotou Steel's ∅ 100mm hot rolled seamless steel pipe production line is divided into two phases. In the first phase, the existing plant and equipment of Pute steel pipe company are used to reconstruct the hot rolling and finishing area, and a new finishing line of high boiler pipe is added, which can produce seamless steel pipes with a diameter of 25 mm to 89 mm and a wall thickness of 3.5 mm to 15 mm. (phase II) we are going to build a heat treatment project in the open space. After we have the plant, we will put the heat treatment equipment in, (which will help) the extension of an industrial chain of steel pipes and the upgrading of products.

Although it has not been formally produced, Baotou Steel Special Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. has received an order from PetroChina. During this period, workers are debugging the equipment to try to put it into production and reach the production capacity.
