Recently, the maintenance department perforation section and electrical section actively undertake the replacement of reducer on 159 piercer and laser alignment work. Because the reducer weighs more than 20 tons and is huge in volume, the working face is inclined, so it is difficult to dismantle and reassemble. The experienced chief engineer shall formulate a careful lifting plan in advance, accurately calculate the lifting point, use special U-type buckle and flexible sling to lead team members to complete the disassembly and reassembly of the reducer safely and efficiently. The electrical section has carried out dozens of laser alignment tests on the main gear reducer, and successfully completed the alignment work, which laid a solid equipment foundation for the smooth production of 159 branch.
